The Falconbridge community is served by three non-profit organizations:
Falconbridge Community Association (FCA)
Represents the interests of the entire Falconbridge neighborhood, with emphasis
on the residents of single-family homes; maintains the signed interior street
corners and the two entrances off Farrington Road at Dunbrook and Ridgefield;
sponsors three socials each year at the clubhouse; publishes an annual neighborhood
directory, a community newsletter approximately six times each year, a website
and a neigborhood listserv. Membership is voluntary for all Falconbridge residents.

Falconbridge Homeowners Association (FHA)
Manages all townhomes; maintains all townhome properties, private streets in the townhome areas, and the two Falconbridge entryways along NC54. Owns the clubhouse and associated facilities (pool and tennis courts), which are leased to CCF (see below.) FHA membership is mandatory for townhome owners.

Community Club of Falconbridge (CCF)
Under its lease from FHA, CCF operates the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts at 6400 Falconbridge Road. Membership is open to all Falconbridge residents and to a limited number of outside members. Fees are set by the CCF Board at the beginning of each year.
