INTRODUCTION TO THE FALCONBRIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
The Falconbridge Community Assocation is a non-profit organization that is voluntarily funded by resident owners. The Association deals with matters of interest to the property owners such as publishing the frequent newsletters, landscaping and maintenance of the two entrances off Farrington Road (the townhomes maintain the entrance off Highway 54)as well as the interior corners with wooden street signs, social events for the residents and the review and approval of all exterior additions to a property.
The Association operates under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors. There are seven members who are elected by members of the FCA at the annual meeting of the FCA in October of each year. Members serve on a three-year rotation basis. The FCA Board meets once every month.
