Welcome to the Falconbridge neighborhood! This is the official site of the beautiful neighborhood of Falconbridge located off Highway 54 between Chapel Hill and the 1-40 entrance/exit #273. Falconbridge has a Chapel Hill address but is located in the county of Durham.

The neighborhood was developed by the well-known and respected J. P. Goforth. Now deceased, Mr. Goforth owned a construction and development company called Security Builders. He began the neighborhood of Falconbridge in the early 1980's. He placed townhomes at the front of the neighborhood and single family homes south of the townhomes and east and west of the main road Huntingridge Road. In the 1990's other builders bought some of the remaining lots and built houses. The main entrance is on Huntingridge Road off Highway 54 with two additional entrances off Farrington to the east.

Amenities include a lovely lake surrounded by 160 town homes and 285 single-family homes, a swimming pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. Click on the "Photos of Falconbridge" button to see this great neighborhood.
